I mean, Hecate literally goes away quite often to fight Melinoe, and you find her frozen IN the arena. I wouldn't say it's necessarily Nemesis' fault, she IS keeping watch of the crossroads, like she's supposed to.
I never understood that hate nemesis gets; Hecate rarely ever listens to her and when she does, she scrutinize and judges Nemesis for every little thing.
